OPTIMIZATION OF FINANCIAL RESOURCES ON ENERGY SAVING EVENTS WITH USE OF RANKED ANALYSIS

Development of a software complex for increasing energy efficiency of the city district due to implementation of optimal energy saving measures. The article considers the problem of increasing the efficiency of use of fuel and energy resources in Ukraine, rational use of energy in energy resources is justified, because the existing energy saving potential is quite large. The article uses the system-structural approach to solving the energy efficiency problem of a separate energy consumption area of the city. As a mathematical apparatus, a rank analysis is used, which refers to the method of researching the technocenosis of energy consumption, which implies further optimization basedon the criteria of the form of hyperbolic H-distributions. Results. The program "Smart Technocenosis" is presented for optimization of technocenosis energy consumption of the city district on the example of Solomyansky district of Kyiv, which is intended for analysis and increase of energy efficiency of energy consumption of objects of the budget sphere. Also, an example of calculations on the electricity consumption parameter made on the basis of the software system is considered. Originality. It was developed and proposed to use the software complex "Smart Technocenosis" to calculate the potential of energy saving and detect abnormal objects for the consumption of electric energy,thermal energy and gas. Practical significance. When using the "Smart Technocenosis" software program in the areas of
energy saving in the city of Kyiv it is possible to achieve reduction of consumption of energy resources by objects of the budgetary sphere, reduction of expenses for fuel and energy resources and increase of comfort level in buildings of budgetary sphere with observance of sanitary-hygienic norms.
