It is observed that building a competitive environment of the IT business outsourcing market worldwide is characterized by certain framework and trends affecting the outcomes. An overview of the above characteristics has revealed the core global patterns of this phenomenon along with outlining current trends and development prospects for IT outsourcing market, which in turn offered an opportunity to justify and analyse the Ukrainian realia of digital transformation. A study of the evolution of IT service delivery models has demonstrated that over the past few years, the focus has been placed on digital resonance as a tool to assess the countries by such indicators as digital workforce skills, digital outcomes, corporate performance, protecting intellectual property rights and other business related elements. The findings have revealed that high competitiveness of the IT outsourcing market stems from multiple IT service providers in the domestic and international markets. It is argued that due to digital transformation, a number of companies have become dependent on the success of creative applications and extensions that information technology can provide, which makes IT a key competitive advantage for many organizations in various business areas. A survey on modern global trends in the development of IT outsourcing indicates that the most common model today is the digital resonance model which takes into account workforce digital skills while selecting a strategy for digital centre locations. Within the scope of this study, it is concluded that shifting a focus towards qualitative reorientation of IT outsourcing will have further implications for the IT outsourcing market in terms of boosting the competitive attractiveness of high digital resonance countries. From this perspective, India which is now considered one of the most mature global areas of IT outsourcing with a wide range of opportunities, will gradually lose its positions and competitive attractiveness giving way to countries with higher digital resonance. </em></p> ER -
