Abstract

The article considers the current state of the labor market and the market of education services providing insights to major collisions and imbalances, major requirements that will be relevant for employees within the next five to ten years as well as the current system of vocational training of unemployed. Key directions to enhance the innovative provision mechanism in the system of jobseekers training through State Employment Service orders are suggested.
