Creation and development of organizational structure for managing campus energy consumption and enhancing responsible consumer behavior through their involvement in operational activities. The engineering aspects of an energy management system formation for various types of end consumers are considered. General scientific methods of analysis and synthesis are used, specific methods (grouping, comparison, generalization), technical and economic analysis, experimental methods. Results. Reducing the total consumption of energy resources, as well as cash costs for their payment; creation of a tool base for research work; improving the quality of educational services, engagingstudents in energy audits. Scientific novelty. An integrated approach to in-depth analysis and planning of energy consumption was developed, the procedure for assessing the energy efficiency of buildings taking into account temperature, weather and operational factors was improved. The practical significance. Proposals for creating an energy-efficient campus using modern technologies and innovative solutions for energy supply, energy monitoring, energy management are presented. The educational goal of the project is to attract students to the process of creating and implementing real innovative energy supply projects using the example of the campus where they study. This will create an environment with comfortable conditions for research, education and life. Realization of the complex project "Smart Network" will show how it is possible to create a modern energy efficient platform based on the existing old building stock using modern technologies and innovative solutions of energy supply, energy monitoring, energy management.
