Abstract

The article explores the management and optimization of supply chain logistics in the context of a military conflict. The relevance of the topic lies in ensuring stability and efficiency of logistic processes for enterprises in turbulent conditions. Hypothesis. The authors assume that implementing management and optimization strategies for logistic supply chains in a military conflict allows companies to effectively respond to challenges and changes, ensuring resilience and competitiveness. The main goal of the article is to study key aspects of managing and optimizing supply chain logistics in a military conflict and develop strategies for achieving efficiency and resilience. Various methods were employed in the research for a deep understanding of the impact of military conflict on logistic chains. Highlighting key methods, consequences of the military conflict for different stages of the logistic chain were analysed using a systemic analysis of logistic processes, revealing interconnections and interdependencies of chain components. Developing a system of key performance indicators for a quantitative assessment of logistic processes enabled modeling and forecasting to determine demand and analyse development scenarios in the conditions of a military conflict. Applying risk management methods allowed for their identification and adaptation to the conditions of a military conflict. These methods collectively facilitated comprehensive research and provided recommendations for companies to ensure their efficiency in military conflicts. The authors identified that optimizing logistic chains in a military conflict can be implemented in four stages, involving the definition of adaptation strategies, establishment of monitoring systems, risk impact analysis, and the development of contingency plans. The article emphasizes the importance of systemic management and optimization of logistic chains in military conflict conditions to ensure efficiency and resilience of enterprises. The developed strategies can serve as a foundation for implementing practical measures in the logistics sector in turbulent environments.
