Goals and problematics

Programme goals of the journal “Індустрія моди. Fashion Industry”:
The journal was established to publish the results of research work, theoretical and experimental studies by scientists, specialists, educators, post-doctoral researchers, postgraduate students, and higher education applicants on issues of modern science, as well as to meet the scientific and informational needs of society for knowledge obtained through research activities.

Scope / Problematics of the journal “Індустрія моди. Fashion Industry”:

The journal is a peer-reviewed scientific professional publication. It publishes research results in the technical specialties G11 Mechanical Engineering (by specialisations) and G15 Light Industry Technologies.

The journal was founded to publish the results of research work, theoretical and experimental studies by scientists, specialists, educators, post-doctoral researchers, postgraduates, master’s students, and undergraduate students on issues of modern science, as well as to meet the scientific and informational needs of society for knowledge obtained through research activities — specifically regarding the potential and development trends of the fashion industry market, light and textile industries, related fields, and advertising materials within the journal’s thematic scope.

Main tasks of the journal:

• Presenting the results of research, scientific-practical, and experimental activities of domestic and foreign scientists in the fields of light and textile industries;

• Familiarising the scientific community with the research results of KNUTD scientists in the field of the fashion industry and reflecting their scientific areas of activity;

• Approving the research of higher education applicants, postgraduates, and post-doctoral researchers;

• Forming the scientific component of the university environment and promoting the main scientific achievements of KNUTD;

• Providing a forum for discussions and exchange of views on current issues in the development of engineering and technology in the country and the world;

• Consolidating the community of specialists from various branches of the light and textile industries;

• Disseminating innovative and advanced methods and techniques for training specialists in various branches of the fashion industry.
