Abstract

The competitiveness of an enterprise is one of the main characteristics that determines its ability to successfully function in the market and ensure stable development in the long term. In today's conditions of globalization, technological changes and increased competition, it is critically important for enterprises not only to maintain a stable position in the market, but also to constantly improve their own strategy in order to increase their competitiveness. The successful formation of such a strategy includes a comprehensive approach to analyzing the internal and external environment of the enterprise, as well as the development of specific actions aimed at improving the efficiency of its activities and increasing market share. In the process of forming a strategy to ensure competitiveness, factors such as innovation, product quality, cost optimization, marketing activity and the ability to quickly respond to changes in demand and market trends play an important role. Enterprises that do not pay attention to strategic planning and adaptation to new conditions risk losing their positions in the market and will not be able to ensure their sustainability in the future. Therefore, the formation of an effective competitiveness strategy becomes a necessary condition for any enterprise that seeks to achieve success in conditions of high competition. This involves not only the development of long-term goals, but also the creation of mechanisms for their implementation, adaptation to changes in the economic environment and the use of innovative technologies to strengthen competitive advantages. It is also important to take into account the strategic orientation towards sustainable development and ensuring high social and environmental standards. The ability of the enterprise to quickly respond to changes in the external environment and new consumer requirements is especially important, which determines competitive advantage in the conditions of globalization and rapid technological changes. The development and implementation of a competitiveness strategy requires a deep analysis of market conditions, effective use of available resources and constant improvement of processes within the enterprise. Thus, ensuring competitiveness is not a one-time event, but a continuous process that requires an integrated approach, adaptation to changes and continuous improvement. Enterprises that effectively manage their competitive advantages have a greater chance of achieving sustainable success and leadership in the market.
