Editorial fees

The journal “Industry of Fashion. Fashion Industry” adheres to the principles of Open Science and ensures full open access to all published materials. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) 4.0 license, which guarantees unrestricted access to scientific content. The journal operates under the Gold Open Access model, meaning that full texts of all articles are freely available for reading, downloading, copying, distributing, or reusing, provided that proper attribution to the source is given.

The journal follows the recommendations of the Fair Open Access Alliance regarding transparent fee structures.

The journal “Industry of Fashion. Fashion Industry” does not charge submission or peer-review fees. The publication fee is used exclusively to cover costs related to editorial preparation, technical processing, and publication, including manuscript editing and technical processing, typesetting, DOI assignment, website maintenance, and archival storage of materials.

Payment of the publication fee does not influence editorial decisions. All articles undergo independent peer review, and publication decisions are made solely on the basis of scientific quality and relevance to the journal’s thematic scope.

 

PAYMENT DETAILS FOR ARTICLE PUBLICATION

Publication fee: 60 UAH per page
Printed copy price: 200 UAH per issue

Manuscripts submitted by third-cycle (PhD) students funded through state (budget) support, written individually (without co-authors), are published free of charge in the journal “Industry of Fashion. Fashion Industry”.

The editorial office does not provide complimentary author copies to contributors. The journal may be obtained through subscription.

Article processing fee covers the following expenses:

  • editing of the manuscript text;
  • stylistic and grammatical proofreading;
  • typesetting;
  • processing of figures and graph text composition;
  • formatting of bibliographic references in APA style;
  • assignment of a DOI to the manuscript.

Refund policy

Refunds are possible only in cases of significant circumstances that make publication impossible after the completion of the editorial process. Fees are non-refundable in cases of manuscript withdrawal by the authors, retraction or correction initiated by the editorial office, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond the control of the editorial board.
