Procedure for considering complaints about violations of academic integrity and publication ethics
The Editorial Board of the journal “Industry of Fashion. Fashion Industry” ensures proper and impartial consideration of all complaints and appeals received.
Each case is reviewed individually, in accordance with established procedures and the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). All decisions are made based on the nature of the complaint, the evidence provided, and the level of complexity of the case.

All submissions are reviewed within up to 30 working days. In cases requiring additional verification, consultation with external experts, or in-depth analysis, the editorial board reserves the right to extend the review period, with appropriate notification provided to the applicant.
A complaint must include:
- a clear, structured, and concise presentation of facts;
- a description of the nature of the alleged violation of publication ethics;
- sufficient information enabling a preliminary assessment of the situation;
- supporting materials (documents, email correspondence, evidence of factual circumstances, etc.).
The applicant will receive an official response indicating the outcome of the submission.
