MANAGEMENT OF INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES: REGIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL ASPECT

The presented work examines the peculiarities of investment activity at two levels: regional and international. The essence of the regional and international levels is defined. That is why the purpose of the current research is to analyze the features of investment activities at different levels and to determine the features of adaptive capabilities in the conditions of innovative and globalization changes. The following research methods were used: comparison to compare regional and international levels of investment activity, analysis, synthesis and forecasting to determine the peculiarities of the investment activity process in the conditions of innovative and globalization changes. Implementation of investment activities at different levels of management, such as the micro level (enterprise), meso level (sectors of the economy, regions) and macro level (national economy), has its own characteristics. Several key features of investment activities at different levels of management:
Micro level (enterprise): At this level, investment activities are related to decision-making regarding own investment projects, raising capital, assessing risks and returning investments. The company analyzes the internal and external environment, determines its goals and investment strategy.
Meso level (sectors of the economy, regions): At this level, investment activity is aimed at the development of individual sectors of the economy or specific regions. Analysis of development potential, competitive environment and investment opportunities in these sectors or regions is carried out. Strategies for attracting investments, creating favorable conditions for entrepreneurship and development are being developed.
Macro level (national economy): National investment activity is of great importance for stimulating economic growth and supporting sustainable development of the country.
The conclusion is that each level of management has its own peculiarities of investment activity. Management of investment activities at different levels requires a comprehensive approach, taking into account the specifics of subjects, consideration of the external environment and the use of appropriate strategies. It is important to understand that each level is interconnected and has an impact on other levels. The development of effective investment activity requires the promotion of the business environment, the creation of favorable conditions for investment, the development of the financial system and institutional capital. Effective management of investment activities at various levels of management contributes to economic growth, development of economic sectors and raising the standard of living of the population. A careful study of the peculiarities of investment activities at different levels helps to develop effective strategies and policies favorable to the development of the investment climate and attractiveness of investors.
