DIAGNOSTICS OF THE CONDITIONS AND RESULTS OF THE USE OF HUMAN CAPITAL BY MACHINE-BUILDING ENTERPRISES AS A RESULT OF DIGITALIZATION

The article focuses on the analysis of human capital, its role in the development and digitization of the economy, the analysis of economic data of enterprises, the identification of patterns and factors that affect the development of the human capital of an enterprise. Based on the analyzed sources, it is assumed that the further development of human capital can enable Ukrainian enterprises to develop at the level of the leading countries of the world, since this factor will significantly increase the level of competitiveness of production. Prospects for further deepening of digital transformations at enterprises will provide an opportunity for economic growth. In this study, the tools of taxonomic analysis were used, regularities and cause-and-effect relationships between different sets of indicators were revealed, key economic indicators at the level of production activity of enterprises were determined and evaluated, and benchmarking of selected economic objects was carried out. Taxonomic indices are singled out, which determine the conditions for ensuring the effectiveness of human capital and the effectiveness of the use of human capital. The article defines a set of indicators and parameters that need improvement under the influence of digitalization. A comparison of the specified indices was carried out and directions for improving the efficiency of human capital were formed by forming their digital competencies. It was determined that the sample of the researched machine-building enterprises is focused on the economic result, the level of the index of conditions for ensuring the effectiveness of human capital is lower than the obtained results. According to the data of the taxonomic analysis, recommendations were formed for balancing the results of financial and economic activities, as well as for increasing the digital competence of the human capital of machine-building enterprises. Based on the results of the research described in the article, it is possible to form a strategy for the development of human capital and digitalization of the enterprise.
