DIGITALIZATION OF ECONOMIC PROCESSES: STATUS AND TRENDS

Abstract

The work presents an analysis of the main trends in the digitalization of economic processes today, and defines the main features of the digitalization process in the context of globalization and innovative changes. The essence of the concept of "digitalization" is determined. The purpose of the presented work is to determine the main components of the digitalization of economic processes in today's conditions, as well as to analyze the current state of digitalization and determine the main trends in the development of this direction. The main methods of research are: analysis and synthesis to determine the main trends in the development of digitalization of economic processes, deduction and induction to consider the main characteristics of the process of digitalization of economic processes, and a graphic method for the direct presentation of research results. Digitization of economic processes allows enterprises to obtain significant advantages, in particular: the introduction of digital technologies allows the automation of many routine tasks and processes, which helps to reduce the time and effort required to perform work; digital tools make it possible to obtain accurate and understandable data about the company's activities, which allows for more informed decisions and better management of resources; digital technologies contribute to the development and implementation of new innovative products and services, which allows enterprises to enter new markets and increase their competitiveness; digital communication channels allow businesses to engage consumers more, respond to their needs and requirements, and create a more personalized and convenient experience for customers; digital technologies allow enterprises to work more easily in the international market, conduct effective international business and cooperate with partners from all over the world; digital solutions make it possible to reduce costs for infrastructure, advertising, logistics and other areas of the enterprise. Digitization of economic processes is an integral part of the modern economy, and its development determines the success and competitiveness of enterprises in the modern world. The implementation of digital technologies allows enterprises to optimize their activities, increase efficiency and improve the quality of products and services, which meets the modern requirements of the market and consumers.
