STABILITY AND UNBREAKABLE POSITIONS OF THE «TEKSTYL-KONTAKT» GROUP OF COMPANIES THE LEADER OFI THE DOMESTIC FASHION INDUSTRY

Abstract

Purpose. To systematically highlight the activities, mission, values of the modern powerful leader
of the domestic fashion industry, the Tekstyl-Kontakt holding, whose brand is known in Ukraine and abroad. To study the structure of the trade and production group of companies «Tekstyl-Kontakt», to
reveal the main directions of production and wholesale and retail sales through an extensive network
of online stores, hypermarkets, shops, branches, etc. Describe the full range of services of the holding's
full production cycle in the light industry. Describe the capacities of textile and garment production
facilities, their specialisation by purpose, range of products, etc.
Methodology. The study of the companies' activities is based on an integrated approach and general
scientific methods. The methods of system-structural analysis, generalisation, and comparison are used.
Results. The leadership of the modern holding «Tekstyl-Kontakt» in Ukraine, founded by Oleksandr
Sokolovskyi, is proved. The structure of the holding's companies is indicated, their main activities and
specialisation of production are described. The article lists the nomenclature of modern textile products,
the range of trendy materials for special, medical, children's clothing, home textiles, decorative products,
etc. Attention is focused on the production capacities of textile and clothing enterprises, modern
industrial high-tech equipment, and advanced technologies. The achievements of production facilities,
competitive advantages, risks of working during the war, and regular partners and customers are
described. The material on the production activities of the textile plant LLC «TK DT-Chernihiv» and the
garment factory LLC «TK-Style» with a chronology of major events has been expanded and deepened.
Scientific novelty. Each company of the trade and production group, namely «Tekstyl-Kontakt»,
«TK-Home Textile», «TK-Furniture», «TK-Workwear», «TK-HUB», is systematically considered and
characterised, and information on their structure, manufacturing technologies and product range is
summarised.
Practical value. The results of studying the experience of the holding's development, in particular
production and management, contribute to the expansion of knowledge on the design and manufacture
of modern products.
