BIBLIOGRAPHICAL STUDY OF THE ECONOMIC ESSENCE OF THE CONCEPT "CLUSTER-UNITED ENTERPRISES"

Abstract

The article examines the economic essence of the concept of "cluster-united enterprises". It is highlighted that during its development, the cluster theory was used to solve the following tasks: when analyzing the competitiveness of industry, countries and regions; as the basis of industrial policy; as a mechanism for stimulating innovative activity; as a basis for supporting and researching interactions between large and small businesses. This made it possible to substantiate that at the current stage, clusters are an innovative form of reserve systems for the modernization of the national economy and a factor in its sustainable competitiveness. To clarify the economic essence of the concept of "cluster-united enterprises" it is customary to use bibliographic analysis, the study of the relationships of related concepts, as well as an interdisciplinary approach. After conducting a bibliographic analysis of the concept of "cluster-united enterprises" during 2020–2023, it was emphasized that this concept is found in 94 scientific publications. Publications indexed by the international CrossRef database were selected for a clear definition of research trends regarding the researched concept. In the process of analysis, 6 clusters were identified, among the most important, the first three are emphasized. Cluster 1 – the strongest connections are observed here with such conceptual categories as "alliance", "high-tech technologies", "innovative management", "knowledge economy", "knowledge sharing", etc.; Cluster 2 – the strongest connections with "business cluster", "cluster development", "industrial organization", "economic system", etc.; the property of Cluster 3 is "Economic Space". In connection with the conducted bibliographic analysis, it was determined that the attributive characteristics of the concept of "cluster-united enterprises" as the interaction of business entities function within three spaces – geographical, economic and innovative, which mutually influence and complement each other.
