Abstract

The article examines the essence of an integrated business structure, which is based on an interconnected set of voluntary enterprises and organizations of various organizational and legal forms, the coordination of whose activities goes beyond the scope of ordinary contracts and takes place while preserving the legal independence of the group members, while simultaneously highlighting the central element, which performs coordination functions. The reasons for the entry of small and medium-sized enterprises into integrated business structures are substantiated. The classification of types of management systems for the development of the potential of cluster integrated business structures is generalized. Factors of influence (internal and external, cluster-forming and cluster-supporting, contributing factors and restraining factors) on management systems for the development of the potential of cluster integrated structures of small and medium-sized businesses have been studied and grouped on the basis of domestic and foreign research. Taking into account the specifics of the activity of domestic cluster structures of SMEs, the key factors of influence on management systems for the development of their potential are identified and substantiated (institutional support, strategy for the development of the potential of KISB in the innovative and technological direction (at the level of cluster entities), taking into account the interests and needs of the interested parties of the cluster. It is proved that an important source of formation and maintenance of cluster integrated competitive advantages is the development and implementation of the optimal type of strategy for innovative development of the management of the potential of KISB as a key element of the chain of added value of the cluster. Modern strategic alternatives for managing the process of development of the potential of KISB by creating integrated competitive advantages (in terms of the component development management system) are proposed potential of cluster structures).
