THE ESSENCE OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE HIGH-TECH SPHERE AND URBANISM

Abstract

The modern development of the high-tech sphere and the processes of globalization set the latest vector for the development of the economic space. Transformational processes, digitization processes, orientation towards innovative and sustainable development come to the fore. The relationship between the development of the high-tech sphere and urbanism is an important aspect of modern urban development. High-tech solutions, such as smart management systems for transport, energy, water supply, lighting, etc., make cities more efficient, economical and environmentally friendly. That is why the purpose of the presented work is to determine the main features of the essence of the relationship between the development of the high-tech sphere and urbanism. The main methods of the presented work are: methods of analysis and synthesis to identify the main aspects of the development of the high-tech sphere, as well as the components of urbanism; methods of induction and deduction to identify the interdependence of the use of high technologies and the development of urbanism; a method of comparison to determine the common features of the high-tech sphere and urbanism, a graphic method to present the main results of the study. At the same time, the main results of the research are: high-tech solutions contribute to the creation of smart infrastructure that can optimize the use of resources, reduce pollution and improve the quality of life of residents; cities that intensively use high-tech solutions become more attractive for business, investors and tourists, which contributes to their economic growth and development; the use of technology in the urban environment can improve access to education, health care, transport, cultural and entertainment services for city dwellers; high-tech cities become centers of innovation ecosystems that promote the development of startups, entrepreneurship and research in various fields. Thus, the relationship between the development of the high-tech sphere and urbanism shows how the use of modern technologies can affect the transformation of cities into more efficient, sustainable and attractive places for living and development.
