Digital transformation has become a crucial factor in the development of agribusiness, recognized for its key role in enhancing agricultural production. This article delves into the significance of digital transformation in the agricultural sector and its impact on various facets of agricultural activities. The adoption of digital technologies allows for effective monitoring and utilization of resources, creating a transparent supply chain. Integrating digital solutions with big data management and artificial intelligence enables the analysis and prediction of the development of production processes. The implementation of digital transformation contributes to the optimization of production, improved product quality, and the establishment of a transparent and dynamic supply chain. This active utilization of digital technologies represents a strategic move to enhance the competitiveness of the agricultural sector in modern conditions. The article explores fundamental aspects of the concepts of "digital economy" and "digital transformation," providing doctrinal definitions. It investigates the processes of formation and development of Ukraine's digital economy, exploring differences and peculiarities of its functioning and its impact on the competitiveness of the national economy. The article addresses the current issue of developing agribusiness entities amidst the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the third wave of globalization. The primary focus is on the influence of digital transformation on agrarian relations, emphasizing characteristic features of this impact and its connection to overall economic processes in Ukraine. Special attention is given to the review of contemporary innovative technologies widely used for production management and the marketing of agricultural products in the context of digital transformation. The study explores new approaches and solutions based on digital technologies aimed at enhancing the efficiency and competitiveness of agribusiness. In summary, the article offers a profound analysis of the impact of digital transformation on the agricultural sector, uncovering key aspects of its development and the utilization of innovations in the context of the Ukrainian economy.
