QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF BUSINESS PROCESSES ON THE PRINCIPLES OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN FASHION INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES

Abstract

To ensure the competitiveness of enterprises, material resources, qualified personnel, perfect management, well-established organization of work are needed. The enterprise must create an effective management system for the quality of business processes, which directs the efforts of employees to the high-quality performance of all implemented processes, which, in turn, will ensure the achievement of a high level of quality of products and services, greater transparency of the functioning of the enterprise, protection of hired labor and the surrounding natural environment, which is the basis of sustainable development of the enterprise. The purpose of the research is to develop the theoretical, methodological and methodical foundations of the formation of business process quality management systems based on the principles of sustainable development (QMSBPSD) at fashion industry enterprises. Research methods used in this work: systematic approach, generalization, induction, deduction, analysis, synthesis. The post-war recovery of Ukraine requires the search for new approaches, principles, methods, and tools for enterprise activity. One of these tools is the creation of a quality management system for business processes based on the principles of sustainable development, which meets the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015. The purpose of this system is to ensure the sustainable development of the enterprise by implementing the global goals of sustainable development and the principles of the Global Compact. The goals of QMSBPSD are to meet consumer requirements; improving the quality of business processes and products; economical use of resources, avoidance of wastage, reduction of process variability. The quality management system of business processes based on the principles of sustainable development consists of target, supporting and functional subsystems. In the conditions of post-war development, the quality at fashion industry enterprises must be high, therefore it is advisable to create QMSBPSD, which is an integration of the quality management system and the "lean production plus six sigma" system, ensures high quality of the manufacturer's offer, more complete satisfaction of consumers and all other stakeholders, reduction process variability, lean attitude and economy of all kinds of resources.
