FORMATION OF THE MANAGEMENT MECHANISM FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES IN RURAL AREAS

The study analyzed and proved the need to transition to innovative development of agricultural enterprises in rural areas further (A.Е R.A) for the sake of balancing and sustainability of the latter. The criteria for the innovative development of rural areas have been developed: institutional (study of the state of regulatory and legal support for the possibilities of applying innovations, innovative approaches, creation of innovative prerequisites and a suitable environment in the country's agrarian sector, etc.); index-indicative (comprehensive assessment of the development of the country's innovation potential, to which rural areas belong, by researching specific indicators (indices and indicators) of innovation implementation); innovative entrepreneurship; innovative infrastructure; innovative culture. The essence of the mechanism of managing the development of A.Е R.A according to system, functional and process approaches was studied. Based on the specifics of the activities of agricultural enterprises and the need to introduce the concept of sustainable development in rural areas, the definition of the management mechanism for the development of A.Е R.A as a system of economic and organizational influence of the subject of A.Е on the object of A.Е management through the purposeful use of a set of forms and methods, principles and functions, tools and levers is provided management, capabilities of the organizational structure, etc. under the influence of external and internal factors in order to ensure the sustainable development and competitiveness of A.Е rural areas.
