AN INTEGRATED MODEL FOR THE INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF BUSINESS PROCESSES IN ENTERPRISES IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

This article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations for developing an integrated model of innovative development of business processes in enterprises in the context of digital transformation. It is argued that the current digitalization of the economy necessitates the transition of enterprises to integrated, digitally oriented management systems that ensure greater efficiency in business processes, strategic adaptability, and competitiveness. The study analyzes modern approaches to the digital transformation of business processes, the impact of digital technologies on enterprise management systems, and the role of innovative tools in ensuring business resilience. The aim of the study is to develop an integrated model for the innovative development of enterprise business processes by combining digital technologies, adaptive management, analytical support, and innovative mechanisms to enhance operational efficiency in the modern digital environment. As a result of the study, an integrated model for the innovative development of business processes was developed, encompassing digital infrastructure, innovative management, an analytical support system, risk management mechanisms, an ESG-oriented approach, intellectual capital development, and a digital security system. An integrated indicator for assessing the innovative development of business processes in enterprises has been proposed, enabling a comprehensive evaluation of an enterprise’s digital maturity, innovative activity, and strategic resilience. Key strategic directions for the digital modernization of business processes have been identified, including: the implementation of AI technologies, the automation of analytical systems, the development of digital competencies among staff, the integration of ESG principles, and the formation of adaptive business models. It has been demonstrated that implementing an integrated model enables faster management decision-making, optimized resource allocation, reduced operational risks, and enhanced digital resilience for enterprises. Prospects for further research include the development of adaptive digital business process management platforms, the improvement of AI forecasting tools, the creation of digital twin models of enterprises, and the integration of Industry 5.0 technologies into enterprise strategic management systems.
