THE ROLE OF THE UNIVERSITY BIOSYSTEM IN ECOLOGICAL AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AMIDST STRUCTURAL CHANGES

Abstract

In today's world, ecological and social responsibility has become a key topic drawing attention from the scientific community. In the context of structural changes taking place within the university biosystem, understanding the role of this biosystem in ecological and social responsibility is particularly important. It is hypothesized that the university biosystem influences the ecological and social responsibility of the university, especially in the face of structural changes. The aim of this article is to study the role of the university biosystem in ecological and social responsibility within the context of structural changes, as well as to analyze the impact of this responsibility on the university community and the surrounding environment. To achieve the stated objective, literature analysis, interviews with students and faculty members, and evaluation of ecological and social initiatives implemented within the university biosystem during structural changes were conducted. The research findings confirm the influence of the university biosystem in enhancing the ecological and social responsibility of the university. It was revealed that structural changes can impact the development and implementation of ecological and social initiatives. The obtained results indicate the need for active involvement of the university biosystem in the development of ecological and social responsibility. Understanding the role of the university biosystem and its impact on students, faculty, and the surrounding environment is crucial for creating a sustainable and ecologically responsible university environment. Future research directions may include further exploration of specific ecological and social initiatives, evaluating their effectiveness, and developing strategies to enhance the ecological and social responsibility within the university biosystem. Additionally, investigating the influence of structural changes on the implementation of ecological and social responsibility and identifying opportunities for improvement are important. Further research in these directions will contribute to the establishment of a more sustainable, ecologically conscious, and socially responsible university community.
