In today's economic environment, characterized by unpredictability, rapid change, and intense competition, one of the main tasks of companies is to constantly improve their strategies to maintain and strengthen their competitiveness. In this context, innovative business models are coming to the fore as an indispensable tool in the company's management system that helps to adapt to new conditions and ensure sustainable development. The article is devoted to the study of the effectiveness of innovative business models in the system of competitiveness management of a modern company. The hypothesis of the research is that the proposed innovative business model for managing the competitiveness of a domestic company can help to improve the management of business processes of a company. The purpose of the article is to study the effectiveness of innovative business models in the system of managing the competitiveness of a modern company in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian war. In order to conduct the study, general scientific methods of cognition were used. A critical analysis of scientific articles, books and other sources related to the evaluation and development of innovative business models was carried out. Scientific research methods such as systematization of literary sources, classification and critical analysis of information were used. Inductive and deductive methods were used to systematize data on the stages of development of innovative business models over a certain period. Data from various sources were summarized, classified and analyzed to build a business model for managing the competitiveness of a company. As a result of the study, a periodization of the stages of development of innovative business models in the system of competitiveness management of Ukrainian companies was created. Also, based on the study, an innovative business model for managing competitiveness in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian war was proposed. Based on the analysis, it was concluded that innovative business models in the system of competitiveness management contribute to the active development of profitability and efficiency of the company.
